GUARANTEE
My puppies have a four day money back health guarantee. Take your puppy to your vet within four days for a full check up. If he finds a defect that was missed by my vet, return the puppy with a statement from your vet telling me what the defect is, for a refund or another puppy, if one is available. I do not give refunds after four days.
The puppy has a two year guarantee for genetic defects. If your puppy dies within 2 year of life due to a genetic defect, I will replace it with the next available puppy of the same quality. To q
ualify for a replacement puppy, I request notification within 24 hours of diagnosis of the defect by a licensed veterinarian. Also required from your veterinarian is the microchip # of the puppy and the results of an autopsy, showing that the death was due to the genetic defect.
